In 2015, my dear friends Huw and Laura lost their beautiful baby girl Eva, who was only 4 weeks old, to Meningitis.The strength and commitment that Huw and Laura have shown to raising awareness of this illness and to keeping Eva's memory alive over the past few years is truly inspirational.

In September, Mum and I will be running the Cardiff 10K in Eva's memory and in aid of the fantastic charity, Meningitis Now. It will be our first 10K race since 2017, but we will be giving it our all on the day and it will be an honour to cross the line for such a wonderful cause.

We realise that there are so many fundraising events that people request sponsorship for, so any donations will be gratefully received.
